• All drivers must be at least 25 years old and have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years.
• All drivers must sign the rental agreement and present their original driving licence upon delivery of the vehicle.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

• The vehicle is supplied with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
• If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel as estimated by our team.
• The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by filling with the wrong type of fuel.

• One rental day: 12:30 at Thong Sala Pier → 11:30 the following day.
• Collection before 11:00 AM is counted as a full 24-hour rental.
• Pick-up and drop-off at hotels or other locations are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
• Delivery times and locations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fees vary by distance.
• We do not provide pick-up or drop-off in the Thong Nai Pan area.

Koh Phangan is divided into delivery zones with different fees. Fees range from Free (central zones) to 800 THB for remote areas.

All parking tickets and traffic fines are the sole responsibility of the renter. If Krembo Car Rental pays any penalty on the renter's behalf, the renter agrees to reimburse the full amount plus an administration fee of 250 THB per penalty.

If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty such that it cannot be properly inspected, the security deposit will be held until the vehicle has been cleaned and fully inspected.

In case of an accident, immediately notify the police and Krembo Car Rental.

The renter is not permitted to:

• Use the vehicle for carrying paying passengers
• Sublet or re-rent the vehicle
• Participate in races, rallies, or off-road activities
• Tow another vehicle
• Carry more passengers than available seat belts (max 5 or 7)

• The renter must carry their original driving licence at all times. Copies are not accepted by police or insurance in case of an accident.
• If an insurance claim is rejected due to the renter's actions (e.g. driving under the influence, prohibited use), the renter accepts full liability for all damage and costs.
• The renter is liable for a non-waivable excess of 10,000 THB per accident or occurrence of damage.
• If the accident is proven to be the fault of a third party (verified by police and insurance), the renter will not forfeit their deposit.

• Any damage (scratches, dents, flat tyres, etc.) must be reported before the vehicle is returned.
• If the vehicle becomes unavailable due to renter-caused damage, the renter is liable for repair costs plus any downtime (loss of rental income).

For rentals longer than 3 weeks, the renter must regularly check and maintain proper levels of engine oil, radiator coolant, and tyre pressure.

The vehicle may only be taken off Koh Phangan with prior written approval from Krembo Co Limited.

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
• All cancellations are treated the same regardless of reason (illness, weather, cancelled flights, etc.).
• A refund will only be issued if we are able to re-book the exact same dates with another customer.
• If the vehicle cannot be re-booked, the full payment will be forfeited.
• Payment will not be held or transferred for a future booking.

In case of early return, no full refund will be given. A minimum charge of 5 rental days will always apply.

Limited roadside assistance is available 08:00 – 18:00 only.

• 🔋 Battery Jump-Start: 500 THB
• 🔧 Flat Tyre Change: 500 THB (labour only; tyre/tube extra)
• 🚛 Towing / Recovery: from 1,500 THB (higher for remote areas)

Response time is not guaranteed. This service does not cover fuel delivery, wrong fuel issues, or major mechanical breakdowns.
